Unit Includes:

stainless steel bongo net frame; 20, 30, or 60 cm mouth diameter
stainless steel towing yoke accepts tow line and optional cable depressor
two heavy duty Nitex® plankton nets

CalCOFI Vertical Egg Tow (CalVET) Net

designed for long vertical hauls (70 m/min.)

Unit Includes:

PVC bongo net frame
20, 30, or 60 cm mouth diamete
50 cm length (6 mm wall thickness)
fiberglass and stainless steel construction
20, 30, or 60 cm mouth diameters available
50 cm tube length (6 mm wall thickness)
stainless steel vertical tow frame
designed to reduce uneven net trajectory caused by ship drift and underwater currents
the frame has two cable clamps which attach to the tow wire and keep net openings perpendicular to towing direction (specify cable diameter)
